Not the darker stain found on the newer ones. Shows off the grain really well. 5-piece bubinga/wenge neck with rosewood board and mahogany body; matching mahogany headstock.
This bass is light!! I haven't weighed it, but can't be more than 8 lbs. It has a small ding on the top of the body where your right forearm would rest. Minimal player wear. Bartolini MK-1s and 3-band eq with Schaller straplocks. 'Lotta bass for the price! I'll post pics later. Just moved and things are in a bit of a disarray.

Includes gig bag and suede leather strap with Schallers. (see pics)

Sorry folks about the wait. Just moved and we're finally getting settled in the new-to-us place.
soloman61, the B is nice just like tommyr01 (thanks man!) was saying. This has been my ace in the hole. I've sold a number of basses, but this one has stayed around the longest. Only selling it b/c I have a 55-02 on the way! (Smell of GAS is in the air.  )
Oh yeah, the gig bag and the leather strap (w/Schaller straplocks) is included!!

This ding happened when it was shipped to me. I'll ship in the gig bag and it will be nicely padded and boxed. I've shipped basses all over and never had a problem.
