This is a J. Reynolds (Jay Turser made) Precision styled bass. Factory stock with a very lightweight (maybe 7 pounds or less?) and resonant Paulownia body, straight maple neck, missing the "G" string (sorry, I don't have one in my stuff). Has a good tone and is better than low end instruments when I began. I refer to it as low end- that's the cost new. Likely around $300.00 retail but an excellent choice for many reasons! Priced at $70.00 65.00 plus around $15.00 to ship...
I bought this bass in person and was sufficiently impressed enough to pay more than this asking price...

Spoke with my buddy and he wants this bass. For shipping safety do you have a gig bag or hard shell case? He's actually in Cullman, Alabama. How much to ship to him?
