Up for grabs is a 4 string no-name bass I bought off ebay a few years back. The bass is a fretless; I replaced the fingerboard on the neck with bamboo. The bridge is a chrome Kahler bass tremolo in near mint condition. Bass also has Blue Steel Flatwound strings and i wired in a new input jack (gold).
Put on the tremolo a few years ago because I thought it would be fun to mess around with, but the bass ended up just sitting around. Hardly any use on the tremolo at all.
Please remember this was a project of mine. Upon installation of the bridge/tremolo I realized it significantly raised the string height, so to compensate for the large action I put a shim in between the bolt on neck and body. The bass is definitely playable and in excellent condition.
Asking for $250 or trades (these tremolos alone go for $180 new); Would like to trade for a nice acoustic bass (not an upright).
