I've got a very nice Kawai F2-B in zebrawood that's ready for a new owner. I purchased this bass to add to my collection but, being zebra, I've decided to let it go since I've already got one like it. This bass is in great shape and has a thoroughly thin feeling neck. All stock electronics with a pickup selector switch instead of the rotary. This is the earlier F2-B with the heavy cast brass bridge. When I received this bass, the bridge was literally green and crusty. It's now been completely smoothed and polished to a very high lustre. I also did the saddles in the same way. Other than that, there's no alterations to the bass. The bass plays great and looks great. These are getting rarer and rarer - especially at this price.
I would like to get $400 out of this instrument and that's a pretty firm price. Paypal as usual...shipping will be extra.
I'll get pictures up this evening when I get home from work. |

Getting in line won't save the instrument if someone ponies up before you do.
Just sayin'... |

To answer a question...Yes, this comes with a hardshell case...It's not original to the instrument but it works well enough for shipping and carrying. |

I emailed and posted here at noon yesterday that I'd take the bass. You didn't bother to respond to either message and even added to your for sale post a day later. I'd expect someone who has been on here as long as you to show some fairness and at least RESPOND to someone telling you they want to buy your bass.
I don't have an issue with someone out-bidding me or beating me to "ponying up". But that's not the case here. You had a full-price buyer early yesterday and ignored the offer.

"I don't feel right selling this sight unseen. The bass isn't the one pictured on my site and there are a couple of details about this instrument that separates it from others. Just so you understand, these aren't "issues" just details that need to be seen.
I'll have these ready by tomorrow and I'll post them then.
Thanx for your patience.
Allan"
I'm not here to cause problems or frustrate you. But I'm also not here to be called names and challenged over silly issues like your tantrum. Since this is such an issue, I'm removing this bass from TB...You can find a seller that jumps to your commmand...and I can sell an instrument to someone that really wants it but doesn't see the need to cause problems to get it. Your money is not good here.
I've been in contact with all of the others and I'll be sending them the photos when I'm done.

Seriously - somebody got a sweet deal. Hambone - sorry you took flack for putting up a nice bass at a nice price.
