Kawai RB65a fretless

I'm putting up for sale my very first bass I ever bought.

It's a Kawai RB65A with trans red finish and all black hardware. These seem to be very rare as I could only find a handfull of info here on talkbass. I had it professionaly defretted and set up a few years ago, so it's no longer in it's original condition. It's currently sporting round wounds, but I'll throw in a set of labella deep talking strings. Comes with a gigbag.

The bass has seen some gigs and has a few scars to prove it, but nothing major or structural. it hasn't been used in ages and the pickups show some rust, but elecronicaly it's fine and the P-J configuration and active electronics sound great!

I'm asking 300$ but I'm open to offers and trade bait. Can't say I really want anything other than maybe a Prunes and Custard pedal, or a Streamliner 900, I'll add or subtract whatever difference there may be. I'll try posting pics if I can, but my other atempts have failed. PM me your email and I'll send them over to you in all their high res glory

looks like this one but trans red:

thanks for looking

Great bass. I had the 'Rockoon' version, 4 string, natural finish and gold Schaller hardware and pickups. It was my second bass.

Bump for a great bass!
