Per forum regs, you need to post a price.
That is a very cool bit of bass history, and doubtless a awesome instrument.

Does Ken Smith actually make basses? I thought he just owned the company, and helped design/approve them.

This is honestly the first Ken Smith that I have ever looked at and immediately wanted, unfortunately I'm broke as hell. Good luck with the sale man.

Smith Bass

I think if you do some research you'll find that Vinnie Fodera, yup that Fodera, actually built the first series of Ken Smith basses, of which this is one. Not many were made but they were built to KS specs in NYC by Fodera and nothing like this bass has ever come out of the Smith factory in Pennsylvania. Ken's personal bass, #26 I think, has shown up for sale occasionally. Ken Smith/NY (no, NOT THAT KS!)

Bump for a killer Smith! Sweet

Glad it is above my self imposed $4K spending limit for 1 bass or I would have probably been weak and bought it!!
