I really hate to do this but this bass just doesn't see any action anymore, so it is time to put it up for sale. I bought it new from Steve Barr right around a year ago. It has been my "bedroom bass" ever since. It plays great but I'm just not a fan of the jazz bass tone. Here are a few pics from the original auction:

It does have a few light scratches on the back if you look at it in the right light, but nothing that comes close to breaking through the finish. I'm sure you could buff them out if you think it is a big deal. Besides that the bass works perfectly.

I am looking for $450+shipping. I would trade for a G&L of any kind, or a nice 5 string.

hey, does this have a preamp bypass mode? so that the bass will work even if the batts go dead? i've gotten mixed answers when i've asked around...

Yes, it sure does. I actually need to put in a new battery, I've just been using it passive for awhile now. No worries guys, I promise whoever buys it will get a fresh one!
