Thinning the heard down more and decided to part with my early 80's Kramer Duke.
Neck: Aluminum core with maple inserts. Back is painted black. No chips in the neck paint and minimal hairlines on it. There is one minor ding but the finish is not chipped and is bairly noticable.
Fretboard: Phenolic, 24 frets, no chips or defects. Frets are in great shape and do not need redressing at this point. Relief is dead on with low action.
Scale length: approx 30 inches
Zero fret (Nut) width is 9/16"
Controls are Volume and Tone with a 3 way switch that does some sort of phasing. Can go from a thin sound to thick by flipping the switch. Works well.
Hardware: Steinberger legrest was added. Original bridge was replaced with a gold Schaller roller bridge, tuners were replaced with gold Gotah's. Strap buttons were replaced with Gold schaller strap locks, and I will include the locking mechanisms that attach to your strap. Gold on Black looks sharp.
Finish is in very nice condition. No major flaws other than minors surface scratches from normal play.
Case is in good condition.
This bass plays very well. Looking to sell for $300 OBO if picked up locally in the greater Cleveland area, $350 if shipped to the lower 48.
