I’ve got my eye on a new toy, so I’ve gotta make room! So sayeth the wife
This is my KSD 705. It plays and sounds great, Has a nice straight neck. It sports an ash body, bound maple neck and fingerboard w/block inlays, Audere JZ5D preamp, new Hipshot ultra light tuners, Dunlop strap locks and a front pickup cover (ala Marcus Miller) The B string is nice and tight while not being overwhelming like my Roscoe :0 Weight seems to be around 10lbs (on my bathroom scale) It balances fine with no neck dive. I have it set up with medium low action, but is can go much lower with no problems. No issues with the truss rod what so ever, and I will include the proper adjustment wrenches. There is some player wear (swirls) on the pick guard. The original string retainer popped off, so I installed Hipshot retainers and in the process created a small crack in the head stock. This is purely cosmetic and in no way affects the playability/sound of the instrument. I’m sure it can be fixed rather cheaply, if you feel the need. I just haven’t gotten around to it. But make no mistake, this is a great instrument. Also comes with 2 new sets Ernie Ball Regular Slinky 45-130 strings. If you’ve ever wanted that 70’s jazz look and sound in a 5 string, this is your chance to get it for a great price. $600 Shipped and insured. Paypal prefered. Hair Scrunchies not included. Get your own
I'll be putting this up on my local craigs list after the weekend, so my talkbasss peeps can have firsts. No trades please, I need the cash

In some cases better! (my Hot Rod P). The neck is a dream to play, and the electronics give you some much control. JUMP ON IT! |

Thanx. |

Thanx. | It is a small crack that happened when I installed the string retainer in the B and E string. The bright spot near the B string tuner is the glue I put on it to keep it from spreading. You can see it pretty good in the front head stock picture I posted. The crack does not affect playability or function at all.
