Wink Kubicki Ex Factor (Killer Finish) with 18v, 6 position pre-amp

Headed over the big pond (sold)!
1990 Ex Factor. Plays great. This has the famous 18v, 6 position pre-amp. A few nicks around the neck heel and neck pocket area as the original owner used to take the neck off so he could easily carry the bass on a plane when touring and flying. She's a bit of a rare bird in terms of finish / paint scheme. The black to blue reverse burst is truly stunning in person.

Other than that very minor point, no issues. Nice action. Bass comes with a Warwick RockBag (very thick padding). I'll double box her and pack her well. All this for $1249. I believe that these are selling for $3000 - $4000 new if I'm not mistaken.

Headed over the big pond (sold)!

As someone who owns almost this same bass, I can vouch, it's a bass you do not want to sell, it's one to buy.

Very nice sound all the way through every string.

Every time I see one of these for sale, I remember the one I tried out around 1990 used for $600. Often wish I had bought it instead of that Yamaha 5 string.
