Lace Helix and Schecters - Let's get this stuff out of here!!

Sign in to disble this ad
I am leaving the weekly cover band world and moving on to smaller, less time consuming projects, so I am thinning out my collection. Here are my last 3 offerings:

Schecter C-4
$350 shipped

This is one beautiful bass in person and looks amazing on stage when the lights hit it. One of a kind finish from the Schecter factory. This bass is only available in Black Cherry or Antique Amber when purchased in stores. A breeze to play thanks to the slim Schecter neck, and good old EMG pickups and pre. Light weight and comfortable. This has pretty much been my main gigging bass, and the three demos on my bands website were recorded with this bass (see my sig).
Like new condition with the exception of a tiny ding on the front by the neck that I can not seem to photograph. It is very slight, and there is no paint chipping or anything. Barely even noticeable up close, just thought I would mention it.

Here are some specs:

One of a kind Blue Sparkle Metallic Finish
Bolt-on / 34" scale
Mahogany body
Multi-Laminate Maple & Walnut Neck
Rosewood Board
24 Jumbo Frets
Abalone Dot Inlays off center
EMG HZ Pickups with BTS Control
2 Vol w/ EMG Active (9V) 2-Band EQ (treble / bass)
S-Tek Bridge
Creme Body Binding
Chrome Grover Tuners
Hipshot D-tuner installed (will include original tuner it replaced)
Dunlop Strap-Loks installed (will include original buttons)
Levy’s Strap

**For an extra $40, I can ship the bass in a Ernie Ball Hardshell bass case**

Lace Helix Neck-Thru
SOLD!
This bass has only seen a couple of gigs worth of playing time. Very cool bass with a buttery smooth, thick tone. Very comfortable and extremely light. These pickups also have a nice high output and are very quiet. Also includes:

Hipshot D-Tuner installed (also includes original tuner)
Dunlop Strap-Loks installed (also includes original strap buttons)
2 Red Label gig Bags
Strap
New set of GHS Boomers installed (ML)

Here is a review from Bass Player Magazine: http://www.bassplayer.com/article/la...s/mar-08/33791

Schecter Hellraiser 4
$300 Shipped

This bass has only seen a couple of gigs worth of playing time. Great sounding bass. Thick with nice highs. Nice thin neck. and sits comfortably. There is a small ding in the back of the neck by the heel, and a scratch on the back of the headstock where the E tuner is (see pics). These do not affect playability. Sorry for the smudges and crappy pics.

No money for another bass at the moment (spending it all on building an effect board after years of using multi-effects or rack effects), but I've been struggling with the urge to defret one of those Lace Helix basses.
