Hi, I'm putting this bass up again for the holidays. I had it up for trade once before but nothing caught my interest. So here it is again.
It's an earlier model 55-02 which has the Bart pickups and pre just like the U.S. models! I had the bass refinished by Pat Wilkins who does all of Lakland's U.S. finishes and the bass now has the U.S. logo on it too
This new finish was just done a few months ago and cost just over $400. So with the U.S. custom finish, the bart pups and pre, this is pretty much a U.S. Lakland for a much cheaper price!
The bass plays and sounds amazing, there are no issues. The neck is good and so are the frets. This bass also has a wonderful low B string that is solid and groundshaking!
