Lakland 55-02 Fretless FS

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a brand new Lakland 55-02 Fretless. Natural finish with lined Ebony board. This is actually an 07 model, but I am the first owner, and I just bought it about a month ago from Bass Central. It is in perfect condition.

Again, this bass is MINT. No swirlies on the finish, no scratches, nothing.

Lakland LH3 preamp and pickups.

I'll sell outright including shipping in the CONUS for $850.

Edit: Not considering trades any longer.

Here are a few pictures. There are a couple more in a post below.

Let's move some gear!

Here are a couple more. It was dark when I got home, so these are inside in horrible lighting. The wood is not as yellowish looking as it appears here. A good outside picture in the sunlight would show the true grain and color.

Also, those little white specks on the board are just light reflecting off of lint or dust I guess. The board is completely dark black.

I was more toying with the notion of a trade at this point -- maybe a nice 5 string H/S with a rock-solid B string. Do you know of any such bass?

I have the same exact instrument, but fretted. Would love a fretless version...

Still waiting for a new home. Come on folks. This is a BRAND NEW bass. Not the hint of a mark on it. This is the kind of deal you seldom come across.

This is an AWESOME bass....Lakland fretless basses have some SERIOUS MWAH power...

here is a link to a song played on a 4-94:

http://www.lakland.com/vj-don-henley.htm

check out that Mwah.....

the electronics etc are THE SAME on the 55-02 and it is a TRUE ebony neck - not "fake ebanol" etc so you will get the same great sound....

wish this one had come up about 6 months ago.....would have saved myself a bundle over my 55-94 fretless!

Another bump. Get an otherwise brand new 55-02 at a used price while you can.
