I have a really sweet Lakland Limited Edition 5 String Jazz Bass in trans-white, ash body, rosewood fingerboard and flat-sawn rock maple neck. Only about a month old, and no blemishes or scratches. these are SWEET looking basses!!!!

I have an older Skyline 55-60 (now converted to Fretless) with the same pickups....LOVE the sound!!!

and - as I said...this color is KILLER!

Oh wow, a fretless version of these basses? Woooo, that'd be sweet. Laklands are just unstoppable, it's a shame to part with this beauty, but I do miss some active sounds the 55-02 has.
