Lakland 55 94 Blonde

My new Lakland is in so this one has to go. It's a real beauty. And in mint condition.
Very rare see thru blonde with a nicely fiquired ash body.
Nice birdeyes maple neck. With the new Lakland electronics.
It weighs 9lbs 6 ounces. Balances nice. And has nice low action. The one thing I love about this bass is it's sound. I think it's because of the ash body but I have never heard a Lakland sound so good. It has a nice in your face slap sound.
And it has IMO one of the B strings on the market. The bass comes with the Lakland creme colored case and all the accessories. The case is in mint condition.

All the new Lakland 55 94's have gone up in price. New ones now cost between $3.500.00 and $4,000.00. I have this one forsale for $2,000.00 shipped in the CONUS.

While not normally a fan of Lakland products that is the exception to the rule, beautiful bass.

I have seen that bass and went after it but Leo told me it was already sold...congrats on a sweet bass!

I am officially taking this bass off the market for now. I just played it and I love the sound so much that I can't part with it. Plus I can come up with the money for my other Lakland without selling this one. Thanks to all for you nice comments.
