This is a great bass. But I am downsizing and can't justify having more than one of those. It's a 2005 Korean Lakland Darryl Jones 5 string, with the very desirable Aero pickups and the amazing John East DJ-Retro pre-amp. It weighs 9.8 lbs in my wife's accurate digital kitchen scale. It plays great and sounds awesome. It was a tough choice to get rid of this one.

The bass is in great shape but it is not mint. It has been played and toured. There are no dents, just scratches that you can only see up close. It was impossible to capture in the pictures. The only somewhat visible dings are on the top of the headstock (picture below), but you can cannot see them from more than a foot away. I am very picky about how my basses look and this one passes the test.
The pickguard is made by Jeannie. It is currently strung with Marcus Miller DR strings. I will ship it in a Lakland hard shell case that has been damaged, but it will suit well to protect it inside the shipping box.
