Exclamation Lakland Skyline Glaub - Quick Sale!

Sign in to disble this ad
A fine example of a Lakland in excellent condition and priced to sell quickly!
So... I found out my girlfriend got me another bass for my birthday next week
and I have decided to let this one go. I want to keep both but I also want to live
in the house, so one of them has to go and I think I'll keep the one she got me!
Need to sell ASAP!

@TAOspeedwagon - Thanks, she's a keeper!

Weight? 9.0 - 9.2 lbs. per bathroom scale.

Nut Width? 1-5/8", but profile feels thinner than my last Glaub.

Does your girlfriend have any motivational tapes or DVD's for sale?

With a title something like:

"Bass Your Relationship on Lakland and Never Look Back - Here's How in Three Easy Steps"

Hahaha.... No, but she is really great at helping other musician's lady friends deal with the business, so maybe she should make a dvd.... Or at least a pamphlette......
A few months after we started dating I was touring a lot, only seeing her 6 or 8 days a month for a while, and she was great. Very understanding of being on the road and she would even get friends together and make road trips to shows that were a resonable drive...
I sold my Glaub last year to help fund her engagement ring. We are getting married next month and I did not know she was going to replace it so I saved up and bought another one. Oops!

This ones got to go bump.

Interesting - I thought these came in at 1 3/4" or 1 1/2" only.

Nut Width

I don't know if this qualifies as 1-3/4" but it looks like 1-5/8" to me.... maybe even 1.5"? It still feels thinner than my '04 Glaub.
I have seen several differences in Laklands that I have owned over the years. I do not know how to answer you so below is a pic. 1.5 - 1.75? I don't know?

Wow! Great price for my favorite P and my favorite black/rw/tort combo. I have the exact bass, only a US model but with the same pickup and it's by far my favorite bass. Someone's going to be VERY happy they spent the $$$ on this bad boy!!!
