Lakland Skyline Hollowbody with factory Darkstars in beautiful gold! Im in the midst of selling all my fours except a p and a fretless so sadly this must go. Sounds massive with nickels and old school with flats. Nice low action. 8.6 lbs on bathroom scale

One small impression in the paint on the top lower bout which I tried to photograph but really in excellent condition.

Lakland had to cut corners somewhere with this beauty and they did it with the knobs which are kinda cheesy. One had the peice of metal which says "volume" fall out as the are literally just pushed in and you can pop them out with your fingernail.

Ships in original case. Will split shipping and have it professionally packed as its a true hollowbody and I dont want to deal with shipping disasters.

My nipples aren't quite as hard since I have 2 Darkstars in a drawer and haven't yet installed them in the pupless Kawai FIIB I have waiting for them but this one may be traveling 2 hours south.

Ha-ha, they're actually in the gunsafe. I did slightly rout the Kawai deeper for them but getting projects done is a personal pathology.

So big update, a local sale took out the neck pup and noticed a crack on the top of the bass in the heel pocket area which is one of the the few parts of the bass is solid. It was completely covered by the pup ring and surround so I never knew it was there! I took the bass back and now am offering it at a reduced price of 900. Once again its not visible at all and I doubt it would ever be a problem. If it doesnt sell I may just part it out since the DS arent made currently
