Lakland Skyline Joe Osborn JO4 - PRICE DROP!

Recent financial needs are forcing me to sell this bass. I bought it about a month or so ago from a fellow TBer. He had purchased it at the Summer NAMM 2010 from the Lakland booth. This thing is totally mint and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between this and a new one. The grain is very unique. It plays and sounds excellent. I haven't weighed it, but it's pretty light in comparison to other basses I've owned. It has the stock Lakland pickups. Nut width is 1.5". Made in Indonesia (finished in Chicago), so it's been Plek'd. The neck plays really really nice. Comes with a brand new Access gig bag. Sad to see it go, but that's life in recessionary America. $900 $875 shipped UPS Ground Insured to the 48 states.

Willie,
I don't know if I'm the right guy to answer that question since I've never tried to order one for a Lakland. I know they are available from Jeannie pickguards. I'm pretty certain that the stock Fender ones won't fit. Can anyone else answer this question?

You can get one from Jeannine's online. I have the same bass, and bought a tort pickup for it. I got mine on Ebay from Jeannines. Fits perfectly. Sometimes I like the mint PG, sometimes I like the tort.

Get this bass. I love the wood grain.
I love mine. Lakeland necks are great.
Well worth the money.

Deal fell through, still here. Played this bass a lot this past weekend and it is really really nice. I'm debating keeping it, but I need the cash.

I've decided to keep this one because it really is awesome, I wasn't kidding.
