Keeping the Lakland. Gibson is for sale.

Gibson - early 2000 model, ebony fretboard, it's a players bass, has a pro neck repair, I bought it locally from the guy that had it repaired. no issues have resulted from it. I have heard that T-birds with a neck repair become more stable due to reinforcement. But I am not a luthier, just what I have heard. It's pretty light in weight too. Gibson case included. The ebony board makes a big difference in sound IMO.$825 shipped.

+1 on the neck repair of T-birds. 2 of 3 Gibbys and one kick-ass Greco had the headstocks re-done, and it did make a difference in the tuning and stability of the neck in a good way.

I can't get it on with the ergonomics of T-birds anymore, but that's a great deal on a Badass Bird.

Hey guys - I am keeping the Lakland after all. It's too good of a bass to part with.

Next Lakland will be another Glaub, black, maple neck w/ black blocks & binding. It's gonna be sick!
