LeCompte CBSC-4

Sign in to disble this ad
Up for grabs is a very clean LeCompte CBSC-4. An Aguilar OBP-1 has been added to this bass and it really sounds amazing. I've just got too much stuff so its time to clean house. There are minor finish issues but nothing thats either into the wood itself or effect playability. Has Shaller black straplocks

Cones with the LeCompte gig bag.

Looking for a stright-up sale on this. Only possible trade would a Fender American Vintage 75 Jazz Bass in Natural.

Please PM me with any questions.

$1400.00shipped within the lower 48.

pix…

Here are the finish issues I talked about. The neck has been checked and its ONLY the finish. NO issues with the set of the neck.

Yes the are current...

The OBP was added after this bass was built so what was the master tone pot was replaced with a stacked bass-treble pot.

Also the battery compartment was cut into the existing control cavity cover as to not damage the instrument and to allow it to be returned to stock with very little effort.

OK, but where did you get it if you don't mind me asking? Aguilar only sells the 50K stacked pots for the OBP-3 and the single 25K pots for the OBP-1. I've only ever been able to find single 25K pots. Never seen a 25K stacked pot before.

Allparts. I thought I typed that answer before but it seems to have never made it onto my post. Sorry, I'm sure that answer sounded like a "wise-guy" reply...

Also it's an OBP-1 preamp

You did type it. It is in the title of your previous post.

Also bump for a sweet bass.

Do you know the weight?
