Selling my KSD to fund my 1st Alembic. Only had it a few weeks, got it from the original owner. Pickups are Nordstrand NJ5fS split coils. The Preamp is a Sadowsky w/VTC control. Ash body, bound maple neck w/pearl blocks. Gloss poly finish on the body, satin poly on the neck. Dunlop straplocks installed. Chrome "cowbell" neck pickup cover installed. I call it my "poor man's Sadowsky".
35" scale length. Plays well, sounds good. The Sadowsky pre is really nice, 2 band boost with active/passive bypass. The neck does have a couple dead spots in the 5th-7th fret range. The body has a couple dings in the poly finish, mostly on the bass side lower bout.
No gig bag or case, but I'll throw in a set of Sadowsky strings, your choice, stainless or bright nickel.
I paid $600-I'd like this sold pretty quick, so I'll put it up here for
$500 shipped. The pickups and pre would cost you $450, so I think this is a pretty good deal. Since there's no bag or case it will be professionally packed by my local UPS store at my expense.
