LEJ 6/24 6 string jazz bass

Sign in to disble this ad
Made for me in 09, this features a swamp ash body with quilted maple top, 3 piece maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard and pearl block inlays. Electronics are LowEnds proprietary noiseless pickups, and Brian Barret's custom preamp. This bass shows no wear at all - it's basically brand new.

This is a very agressive, modern sounding, fantastically built 6 string jazz bass. Originally $3500, I'm selling this for $2000 plus shipping.

Nice looking LEJ...whats the spacing/width/weight on it?

Good luck with the sale!

String spacing is 19mm at the bridge. I want to say the weight is about 9lbs, but I can't remember exactly, and my bathroom scale is somewhere on the Pacific Ocean (on it's way back from Japan).

I designed this one to be a mix of "vintage old school" looks with modern playability. Definitely could sneak this one on stage in situations where you might not get away having a 6.

Yeah, Roscoe is definitely the company for me. It's a shame this bass sits unplayed. Hopefully someone will want it....

I don't right now, and it seems as though my recording computer did not make the shipment from overseas without damage.... :/

Yikes, I'm really sorry, man. I hope that whatever shipping service you guys use will cover the costs on it; I read your posts and you seem like a really good guy and I love your photography. I'll keep the ol' fingers crossed.
