Lightweight US Fender P bass $650

A very, very nice Fender. Weighs in just under 8 lbs and is a great player. Perfectly balanced.

Absolutely mint condition other than the pickguard which shows some light swirling (that you can't see because it is white). Fantastic paint job; I call it Pewter.

The neck appears to be a newer original Fender. It is a 1.5" nut width. The rosewood fingerboard is thick, and the tuners are Hipshot.

I'm told that the body is from a early 70's P, but there is no way to verify. It's definitely ash. It's either a newer body, or it's an older body and the neck pocket has been sanded.

The bridge is a Badass II.

The pickups are what Fender was using about 2-6 years ago. There is the "56003" code on one of the pickups.

The pots are CTS. The code is 45062770 0616 CTS, which dates them to the 16th week of 2006.

There is a Fender "F" plate and gasket for the neck bolts.

Strung with fresh D'Addario Nickels.

The case is a brand new vintage tolex Fender case with plush orange/red lining.

The pickup cover and case keys are included.

Lots of pictures available here: http://s756.photobucket.com/albums/x...ewter%20Pbass/

$765 shipped CONUS

If you don't want the case I'll sell the bass with a better than decent gig bag for $675 shipped. Bass only: $650 shipped

Lakland BG with J-width neck
Lakland Dunn

Are you sure about the nut width? 1.5" is usually for Jazz necks.
