I had this sold on FeeBay, then the guy backed out because he thought I installed a Sadowsky Preamp in it.
This bass has the ORIGINAL stock preamp, which I read is a Sadowsky, because that's what makes it a Marcus Miller model.
I still don't know the answer, but this is a sweet deal ! This was $1,400 (with tax) new and yours for half price.

Re MM I read the same thing on his website, but I know from a Roger's personal friend (which also works in the music industry) that later on he switched to Sadowsky preamp. I wouldn't bet my life though...
