Great output, the pickups are coil splittable as well (pull pots), you can get whatever you want out of this bass. The only reason im looking to trade it is given my current musical situation, its like bringing a bazooka to a knife fight, or driving a ferrari in a parking garage.
I bought a bigger double-gig back for it, its too long for a regular gig bag. I would describe the tone as, well, a J-bass with a preamp, just with 7 strings...
I will also include 4 sets of both high strings with it as well
