LowEnd OM Singlecut 5

Got this on trade and I'm looking for something a bit more traditional. This is a fantastic bass with probably the lowest action I've ever experienced on any bass. The bass is in excellent condition except that some dude scribbled on the back of the headstock... Something about '10 NAMM

NAMM 2010 Om 5 string with Holly Wood top and back with Alder body core. B-type neck design with Maple core and Purple heart back. Maple finger board bound in Purple Heart.

What's the B-TypeŠ neck?
The B-TypeŠ neck design is possibly the ultimate in neck design. The B-TypeŠ neck is broken down into levels similar to a pyramid. The level closest to the fretboard is a 3-piece neck. Sandwiched on top of that is a 2-piece neck. When all this is glued together, you get a multilevel multi-piece neck that provides ultimate stability and rigidness

Here are the specs:
34" scale 24 frets
Holly Top and Back, there is a grain that wont come out in pics but its stunning
Alder Core
Bird's Eye Board w/Purpleheart binding, Brass nut
Flamed Maple Neck with PurpleHeart center
Benevente Pup (Dual Coil splitable)
Low End true voice 18v pre w/series/parallel switch and two band eq
Hipshot Bridge with adjustable saddles from 18 to 19 spacing
Hipshot ultra-light Tuners

As far as i know this is the only Holly top/back Om made, as you can see it was #4 in the series for the NAMM debut.

Sound clip...this ain't me.
Sheldon Pugh - "Om" Groove II Low End Jazz - YouTube

I'm looking for nicer jazz style 34" 5'ers, Spector 5's or Warwick NT 5 string basses or a Zon with jazz pickups.
$2150 shipped

Brian, the builder, writes on the back of the headstock on some of his NAAM basses. He wrote on the back of mine too. It's not just some random guys scribbling.

Oh, sweet! Price hike to $2300 for the signed OM!

I know Brian signed it, I guess I should have put a wink next to the scribble comment. Thanks for clarifying though, there are people who may not have got the joke.

Price drop to $2000!

Re-string bump

Restrung with Spector nickel strings. I received this bass with pretty dead strings and the difference is amazing. This bass is pretty in your face, much more than I had realized. If this sells I may look for a LowEnd Jazz.
