MAJOR TRADE FEELER! Modulus VJ for Zon Sonus?

Sign in to disble this ad
Bottom line is that I'm not playing much right now, and I've been missing my Zon since I had to get rid of it due to a shoulder injury last year. I got this Modulus about 3 months ago and it has seen some studio time as well as a couple of gigs, but not much more than that. It has spent a lot of time in the case.

The bass itself is not a collectors piece. It has seen some major play time in its life and has the scars to prove it. There are some dings and such, but nothing that affects playability. I have tried to cover some of it in the pictures, and will post more tomorrow. That said though, this bass also has some great upgrades...it has hipshot ultralight tuners, and a BAII bridge, along with the factory direct upgrades like the quilted maple top, and a Bartolini 2 band preamp.

Like I said in the title and earlier in the ad, I'm looking to trade this for a Zon...5 string prefered, but 4's are cool as well. I have no preference as to satin or gloss neck or woods, in fact, the plainer the better. Let me know...

Here's some pictures...

This picture shows some dings by the input jack.

This picture shows where some of the clear coat has come off the neck. Not a big deal, but in the interest of full disclosure...

Hey look! An extra fret marker! I'm not sure what the deal is with this one, I can't feel it and it never bothered me.

No...the previous owner added the pickguard. There is no damage under it.

Pictures to show that.
