Wink Mega Rare Rickenbacker Blackstar !!!

Sign in to disble this ad
NO TRADES PLEASE!!!!!!!

Hate to do this but I have to put my 1988 Rickenbacker (USA) Blackstar up for grabs . Officially, only 200 were made. I've been told that the number was more like 150, but don't know that for certain. In any case, it's an AWESOME player. Has some nicks and dings, but nothing too severe. I have two sets of pickups and an extra set of knobs for it. I think that I also have extra pickguards for her too (OEM factory). More info on this Limited Edition can be found here --> Rickenbacker 4003S/SPC Blackstar

She's very light and plays well too. This is no closet-queen. She has her share of dings, scuffing, etc, but plays GREAT and the tone is simply awesome. Neck is straight, action is low, etc. No functional issues, just honest player wear. Frets have plenty of life left on them.

You will likely never see one for sale again. Most used Rics sell for $1400 on up and given that this is a super rare Ric, it's prob worth well over $2000. For a VERY quick sale, I'll let it go for just $1800 plus ship. First to commit, gets her!

(EDIT MAJOR METAL) Unnecessary profanity.

To have the Tux white and Blackstar would be the ultimate Rick collection.

The other bridge P/U appears to be stock. The other neck P/U is an old Bartolini "HI-A" Ric replacement.

I love the Duncan pickups I had those in my 4001 way back when that bass is a memory now.
