This is not the custom shop reliced bass, as you can tell from its very fine condition.
I've had this bass for about one year - best fretless I've played or owned by far - I just haven't been playing it much lately and could use the dough for other stuff.
The bass is in excellent condition:
- the neck is straight and the board is in great shape with very little signs of use (I keep it strung with Elixirs). Unlike the one's currently for sale at MF, this bass has a pau ferro board (not rosewood).
- The body is also in excellent shape with very minor swirling, etc., that doesn't show up on pictures. There is one small "dimple" (finish only) at the point of access for the truss rod, see picture below...
I've made no mods or after market changes of any kind to this bass (as far as I know, its' about 10 years old). Comes with the original pickguard (never installed), pickup covers (never installed), strap, and vintage Fender HSC.
