Mike Lull M5V...Beautiful!

I hesitate to do this...but I play mainly 4's now and I kinda feel bad having such a beautiful bass sit in my music room. I only had it out twice for church gigs the last two years, besides some recording. If you'd like to hear the bass look up Tyrone Wells on iTunes. The song it 'In Between The Lines' on the album 'Remain'.

She's a NAMM '06 Mike Lull M5V. Sunburst, Ash, Bart Pre. Killer Birdseye fretboard. If I recall it's around 8lbs. Super light. I toured for a bit with it so I had this Anvil case made that cost me $400. I'd like to sell them together because they fit so well, but I might be willing to split them. I'm sure the case would fit some other 35" stuff. I may chicken out on selling this...so I reserve the right to come to my senses. $2000 or $1750 for the bass and $250 for the Anvil...plus shipping

I might be into trades, would have to be + Cash. 4's would have to be Jazz styled. Lull, Lakland. I'd love a nice DJ5..maybe a 55-02. Run stuff by me.

I recently bought a very similar bass, and it instantly became my go-to. Terrific spec, and the sound...man. Side note on the case - these are l-o-n-g basses. J-body, 35" neck, and a headstock with four-on-top...a fitted case is a wonderful thing.

Good luck with the sale. Lull basses have become my favorite. True "Fender shoulda'" mojo, and when you add the Bart pre, you get some nice oomph and a bit more fatness. Add this to the ash/maple sizzle, and you get one heck of a bass.

I just put it in my Incase bag....it does fit, though it's pretty tight at the headstock. I just like my basses to fit well and there's a bit of extra room at the top of the bass with my Levy's. I'm probably just being overly cautious.
