Mike Lull MV5 with KILLER 5A top!

Sign in to disble this ad
GAS is an evil thing! I have my eye on B-Man's Metro RV5 so I have to try to move this. My only complaint is the 35" scale. The B is super tight, but I just can get used to it!

Mike Lull MV5 (Maple board, ash body)
5A quilt top (the quilt on this one is sick!) in Carmel burst
Seymour Duncan single coil pickups
SADOWSKY preamp with VTC!!!!
Two pickguards: Tort and Mint
Great shape, only minor gig marks. No major scratches or dings

Super resonant and fairly light (~9lbs). Below are some old pics. I can take new ones on request. They make the color look redder than it is. They also show it with the Tort guard (mint on now) and the old stock Bart preamp.

Asking $1650 shipped PRICE DROP. This was a ~$3000 bass new with the upgraded top. Prefer paypal

Wow, that is a gorgeous top on that. Absolutely beautiful.

Good luck selling (like you need any with a bass that looks like that).

Well, B-Man decided to keep his Sadowsky RV5 (must have come to his senses ) That means that Im on the fence about selling this one. I will leave it up for the weekend. Seriously interested in trading for a Metro RV5.....

Just get a clear one put over it... you'll be protecting and still showing off the quilt. Nice bass!

so, if you were to get this bass, would it be a 'stroke' of luck?
this instrument would be a 'handful'...

In the dictionary under the definition of "flame" there's a picture of that bass.

every day I look at this bass and I think "am I really done with 5-strings?" Do you still have the original preamp? simply curious.

Why hasn't this sold?! I've got a sadowsky already or I'd have to snap this puppy up.

Did any of you people hear Adrian Garcia's Mike Lull soundbytes?! These things sound amazing.
