Minty Sadowsky Metro Black 'n Maple (Geddy Lee style)

I've got to let this one go, I actually gig my '72 that looks exactly the same, this one I'm afraid to take out of the house since it's in perfect shape. It's in almost mint condition, just one tiny imperfection in the paint. Serial is M34** Active/passive electronics with the VTC (Vintage Tone Control). This bass plays and sounds perfect with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Comes with a vintage 1983 Fender Hardshell case that is in really amazing shape itself.

$1600 Paypal Shipped, Non-negotiable unless you avoid Paypal or Shipping

I should make clearer that I'm looking for a beat up Stingray + a good amount of cash, please no more PM's with trade offers for new or vintage Rays...unless for some reason you want to add a lot of money on top...

Should mention that it's a 2004. Also, a local says he's coming to look at it at some point this weekend.

Inaccurate bathroom scale says 8 or 9 pounds, that's the best I can do for weighing it. I've removed trade options since I've dropped the price low enough that they don't make financial sense for me anymore.

Nice. Here's a "wishing it were a 5 string" bump for you.

I'm assuming this is an Ultra-Vintage body? The full size jazz body? Can't really be sure from the pics.

Not sure, someone else called in with the serial and just told me 2004 Japan. I don't know if there's a record of anything else, I should call. Oh and here's a question, how do I adjust the truss?? Not that it needs adjusting, I need to verify that it's cool before I sell it to somebody.

It does seem to be a full size body, I assume it is a UV. I need to post better body pics, I took a couple but the flash made them all crazy.

I'd take this baby out of the house,

that's a man's bass..no joke.
I want this so bad I'm already thinking of lines to tell my wife..why I "NEED" this.

isn't there a slot exposing the end of the trussrod, near the body?

The truss rod end is a circle with a bunch of holes, what do I do with that?

Anyway, waiting on payment for the bass now so everybody please hold off on PM's regarding this as my inbox is slammed. Feel free to post here though, it'd be easier to figure out who is next for 2nd in liners, etc.

It's the same as a MusicMan bass. You need to stick a allen wrench in there and turn it towards the lower horn to tighten the rod or towards the top horn to loosen the rod.
