Modulus FBJ5

Up for sale is my Modulus FBJ5. It is a 2006.

It has a very beautiful quilted maple top, alder body, sienna finish, composite neck, 34" scale, great B string, Bart J pups, and a bartolini ntmb preamp (vol, blend, mids, stacked bass/treble). It is a players bass that plays like a dream. I am only selling because I need an apartment and I am changing my lineup to more inexpensive basses to backup my Fender MIA P5.

All the hardware was changed to black when I bought the bass. The chrome hardware has since been sold. It has a thumb rest that was added, black strap locks, a small chip on the back of the neck, as well as some small chips on the body.

NO TRADES. It was $2400 new. Due to the changes and wear I'd like $1300 firm. Comes with Modulus OHSC.
No international shipping. PayPal or money order. Buyer splits shipping.

I honestly wouldn't know without taking it out. I got that thing put in years ago by my tech. It makes finger style much easier. Especially if on the B string. I use the floating thumb technique on my other strings and it still allows for that same feel.

I understand that to some the thumb rest may be a turn off, but it can be removed and covered by things like a ramp etc. Considering the bass was $2400 new it's a steal at this price.

They really need PM on the App. I always just use my web browser on the phone instead. The app is in sore need of common TB features and is too limited. C'mon TB you're better than that.

Yes they do need to fix the PM capability on the Tapatalk app. I can PM using the app to other sites but not Talkbass.

I did reply to your PM just minutes ago. Please PM me again with more info.

Thanks,

Dave
