FS: Modulus Funk 5 st fretless unlined ** very unique **

Has nice optional 2nd pick up. Set up is sweet, nice low action, nice flatwounds on it, sounds superb, virtually mint, new condition other than a very slight minor normal string wear on the fretboard.
Sweet 5 string, 34' scale, unlined, black color and looks killer.
Very easy to get any range of tone and then some.
Tap, slap and finger........this bass will do it all.

I have been culling the herd so to speak, so this one is the last hopeful on the block. No trades sales only.

1650$+ shipping and worth........every penny.
Extremely nice clean well set up bass, includes Modulus hard shell case.

WOW, I bet this thing is killer. I used to have the fretted version and still miss it. I had no idea they did a fretless.

You will not see many around, and it's a 5 stringer, which everyone says they have to have. Solid black fretboard, nice black bass, fat bart pick up at the bridge, then the extra thin at the neck, wide sound ranges. Extremely clean nice well set up bass, ready to go.

Intonation, not lines!!!
hehe

I find I focus better without lines.
Some like them.

The solid black with the solid black gloss looks sweet though.
It's very fun to play and one of the widest tone range fretless basses around. You do not see many Mod fretless basses around and none in this shape. I was so impressed with it, but I just cannot justify the no# of instruments I have.

The 1st 1-2 basses are not as hard, but as you thin the herd.......it really starts to hurt.

I'll regret this one.

I did notice 2 small dents in the wood on the side edge, small, but there nonetheless. About the size the an "o" in typical font.

Very nice instrument, fat to snappy, wide range with the two types of pick up barts......but still a ton of room to dig in if you are so inclined. Tapping works nicely on this one as well.

Anyone that likes a brighter sound and aggressive, but also a warm fat sound, tapping, even slap, this is an excellent instrument.
