A very nice passive 4 string Jazz bass composed of:
*Fender Roadworn Jazz neck (MIM)
*Fender Geddy Lee "signature model" body (MIJ) (70's Pickup spacing) refinished in a rootbeer style finish
*Tuners/pots/knobs/Jack plate are hardware from the Geddy Lee (MIJ)
*Bridge/neck plate/screws are hardware from the Roadworn (MIM)
*Nordstrand SJ4 single coil pickups (the best)

This neck is finished in Nitrocellulose, so the finish is thin and satin-ish feeling, even though it might appear more glossy. There are no dead spots/buzzing anywhere on the fretboard. The fret-wire is thiner or more vintage style than your typical medium-jumbo style fret-wire. This bass weighs around 9 lbs. If any one wants the parts, I'll sell the neck for $300 loaded, and the body for $300 loaded, shipping included of course

or the whole bass for $600 shipped! The Nordstrand's alone are worth like $200-250! Of course trades for 500+ watt amps/pre-amps or other cool basses will be considered as well, thanks for looking!
