MTD 534 Neckthru custom

Had this up once before but chnged my mind. I am having another custom build done for me, so this is up again.
This is a custom MTD 5 string 34" scale 18mm spacing neckthru.
Honduran Rosewood top, Western Big Leaf Maple back, maple neck w/ Purple Heart stringers and Pau Ferro fingerboard. Weighs approx 9 lbs. Serial #1900 HSC included.
This is an incredible looking and sounding bass! My other basses are 17mm spacing......my new one will be also. Bass is in excellent condition and really is one of a kind.
$4800 shipped and insured within the US.

This is a unique combination of woods for a MTD... and neck through also. Hmm. Please describe the tone. I may be interested. Sound clips available?

No sound clips.......

Tone is what you would expect form any Original Tobias or made in the US MTD. Sustain is incredible. It is not as "bright" as Maple but has nice "growl" and every note rings out. It is 18mm spacing.........34" scale with 24 frets. I wish I knew which adjectives to use to describe the tone..........but all I can tell you is that it is an incredible bass!

So you're the one who asked to have a MTD similar as much as possible to an old Classic without infringing any copyright
