After testing out a MTD 535-21, I decided a 24 fret version would be best and in my quest to find one, I ended up with two. Both are incredible instruments and once one is sold the thread will be closed. First up:
- This is an MTD 535-24. This is the 1218th bass of the MTD series.
- The serial number is 1218032605
- The body is ash with a Rose of the Mountain top.
- The neck is ash with a ROM fingerboard.
- This bass is delivered with the revolutionary Buzz Feiten Tuning system.
- This bass is 35" scale with 24 frets. The neck and body are hand finished with an epoxy base coat and
catalyzed urethane topcoat.
- 9lbs 15oz
- Condition is Excellent to Near Mint (one very small headstock nick)
- Brand New Strings installed
- OHSC included

Next up is the one I'd most likely would want to keep, albeit the price and the very rare weight (7lbs 11oz). Not in as good of shape as the previous bass, but plays/sounds amazing and is crazy light:
- This is an MTD 535-24
- This is the 789th bass of my new MTD series
- The serial number is 789040902.
- The body is ash with a myrtle burl top
- The neck is maple with a maple fingerboard.
- The body is a bit thinner for weight consideration.

- This bass is 35" scale with 24 frets. The neck and body are hand finished with an epoxy base coat and
catalyzed urethane topcoat.
