As some of you may know, I really, really like this bass, but I need to let it go because I have a really nice TL-5 on the way, and I just cannot see having three basses at this time. I can sell this bass with a chipboard, form fitting case.
It is in excellent shape for a 24 year old bass. The main issues are a missing trussrod cover and a nut that is cut too deeply on the A string. I will be out of town for a while, and cannot ship until next week, but I can work out a deal in the mean time. I want $225, but I am willing to listen to reasonable offers. SOLD

| | Totally into Geddy Lee & Mark King ! | | Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Sonoma County, California ! | | | I just played a Foundation through a 1970's Ampeg SVT today in San Francisco ; It was the best classic tone I've ever heard. So much growl !
I love the Foundation, and I would say it's one of the best passive basses ever made.

I love the Foundation, and I would say it's one of the best passive basses ever made. | It lays the foundation for all other passive basses..

I love the Foundation, and I would say it's one of the best passive basses ever made. | The only reason this bass is back up is that I have that TL-5 I want to take out of layaway. I know this Foundation kicks all kinds of butt. If I solo the bridge pickup, it sounds like a vintage Jazz, both pickups deliver Seventies style funk just like a $2,500 vintage Fender Jazz. Somebody buy this before I back out again! That said, if I do agree to sell, I give my word that I will not change my mind.
