Hipshot B style Bridge, Audere 3 Band Preamp, Nordy Gig bag. Neck straight, frets are great. Bass is great. No dings that I can find. But I will look it over again, closely. Looks KILLER on Stage too!
I was laid off last November and I'm not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. This bass is AMAZING and it KILLS me to consider selling. But I have to do what I must.
This is the "one" to have guys. The Birdseye Maple is just stunning on this and the Ash Grain is flowing and beautiful. Not interested in any trades. Need the mortgage payment. Financial hardship is the ONLY reason this is being posted.

Here's a bump for a top notch guy with a top notch bass.

Seriously though, I really hope you can keep it. I know that there are more important things in life but this is a pretty special bass.

When times are good, we tend to put God as a part-time partner. You know, what's on TV first and then I will pray later. When we are in great need we realize he needs to be our primetime partner. I have been praying for you ever since I heard about your situation a couple of months ago. Just remember, God is in the miracle business!!! |

Carey and crew built it for me and I the first and only owner. Scottss Trans- Coral Blue Nordy was the inspiration. They do look similar.
Scott's however did not have Birdseye FB, Pearl Blocks and Binding or the Hipshot bridge. (Or Audere Pre with Big Splits) Scott had Fat Stacks in his Nordy I believe. But yeah, this bass could be the offspring for sure.

The REAL answer is, of course, new work, otherwise something else will be up for sale next mortgage payment.
Guys, I've more than heard this bass, I've studied it and bought a Nordy VJ5 with the exact wood types and electronics BECAUSE of this bass.
If you have ever considered a Nordy VJ5, this is the time and the bass to buy.
Besides, I doubt I have ever met a nicer and more trustworthy guy than Gary.
You are in my prayers, my friend -- and if it's okay with you, the prayers are for work, not a sale. :-(

If I had the coin I'd b all sorts of torn right now!!!

In the meantime, the VJ5 is still available. I just don't know what the future holds. So I need to keep trying to sell.
