I dropped the Nordy on the edge of my coffee table and
put a nice gouge through the finish and into wood on the bottom
on the bass.
I sent it back to Carey and he did a great repair job.
I can’t remember what he used to fill the gouge but it matches the Olympic
White pretty good. He also refinished the area. You can still see the repair but
I can’t get a good pic of it. The repaired area is about ¼” X 1.5”
There is also a small crack in the finish at the heel.
The bass is structurally sound. There are no other dings or dents anywhere on the bass.
