Nordy VJ5 with Reverse P

Hey TBers: I am offering up my recently acquired Nordy VJ5. It is awesome in everyway but I am gassing for another Nordy. If some of my other gear goes first then I will probably hang on to this. Hollow Man ordered this with the custom green color and the original thread is here . It has an alder body, bolivian rosewood board, big split in the bridge position and reverse P in the front. Controls for the Nordstrand 3 band are Vol-Vol Stacked, Tone (pull-bypass), mid Bass/treble stacked. I am not much of a Pbass fan so I prefer to run the bridge pickup and the P pickup full on and it sounds great. I talked with Carey about adding a rout and new pickguard for another big split and it is very affordable.

Price is $1899 shipped in US with Nordy gig bag. It is 9++/10 condition.

Weight, scale length, string spacing at bridge and nut, and neck profile?

I think it is about 8.5 lbs, 34.5 scale, 1.81 at the nut, 19 mm spacing and neck profile is the best. No other way to describe it.

Thanks Freddy-G! I've got a tone of basses with soapbars, but try as I might to get away from it, I still fall back to the classic sounds. of a P and/or a J.

Figure I'll eventually order another Big Split and p/g and send it to Cary for routing, as Saluki described earlier.
