One of my Fender MIJ Jazz Bass Special Fretlesses, Candy-Apple Red or Pearl White

*White one sold on Ebay - red one is listed as well but still available*

I have two, and I barely have need of one. Both are stock, both are 9.6 lbs by my bathroom scale. Whichever gets an offer first goes:

The Redhead: Cheap(er) Thrill of the Two

Straight neck, action is nice and low with room to go lower. Very minor roundwound marking of the board like, VERY minor. A few dings and scratches, but nothing egregious for a 20-something old instrument. For some reason, the corner of the bridge pickup is worn down, as if someone played this really aggressively with a pick:

Also note the "rot" common with this bridge design. Will ship in a beater hardshell case for $450, CONUS.

***

*SOLD on Ebay* Pearl: Dressed Up for a Night Out

In great cosmetic and functional shape. Has the more standard "Fender-y" bridge. In a nice Fender case, shipped CONUS, for $525.

Paypal, no trades right now, etc.

All PMs answered - the action on each is nice and low (defined as ~ 6/64" or so), with room to go lower (especially if you have a light touch).

White one sold on Ebay quick. Red one is listed there as well, but if anyone here wants it, I'll pull it.
