BODY
Purchased years ago off ebay. Was advertised as a "Mid 90's MIA Fender Precision body", but found out after it arrived that the neck pocket was too deep. I don't know that it's
not Fender, but anyway. It will need some shims.
Comes with white pickguard. Sorry, forgot I sent the pickguard off with a bass I sold a while ago. String through body.
NECK
Also from ebay. According to the
Guitar Dater Project:
"Your guitar was made at the
Fuji-gen Plant (for Fender Japan), Japan
in the Year(s): 1989 - 1990"
The nut has been filed low b/c of the neck pocket issue (had it put on w/o shims). Therefore, it will probably need a new nut (if you use shims). Holes have been filled and re-drilled at some point. Not a big deal. You can see the pics.
ELECTRONICS
These came off my 1991 MIJ '62 Reissue bass I bought forever ago and replaced with SD's. The pickups are great.
NECK AND BODY TOGETHER
