Arrow PEAVEY FOUNDATION 5 - CUSTOM FRETLESS w/ HIPSHOT TUNERS !!!

Sign in to disble this ad
I expect to hear from the usual suspects on this one, too.

This is the COMFIEST 5'er I've ever held. I think this bass neck even feels better than a Cirrus 5 neck.

This is a custom Peavey Foundation fretless bass with Hipshot tuners and a drop "A" in this case.

The neck feels almost like a 4 string. It's so cozy, just as you'd expect from a Peavey.

TWO passive Peavey Super Ferrite pickups are the tone center of this beast. Can you say GROWL ?

The neck and fretboard is all maple. The fretlines alternate from two black lines to two red lines. The fret marker inlays also alternate from red to black.

The tuners were replaced with Hipshot Tuners, including the drop "A". New Ernie Balls finish off the piece.

Switchcraft input jack - Best in the business.

This bass plays like butter, sounds like a Ric on steroids, and is just a lot of fun.

No case or bag at this price...

$299 PLUS shipping to you.
$299 SHIPPED !$249 SHIPPED !!$199 PLUS shipping !!!

It's a steal because it is a fretless. I've had my eye out for a Foundation 5 fretted neck, but no luck.

There is someone who wants this bass out there.

Sorry, no clips. I have flats on it now, so imagine a Foundation fretless (haha). But really, it's amazing sounding and easy to play.
At this price, take the risk and pull the trigger !!!

Measure from the center of one string to the center of the next at the bridge by the saddles. I'm only asking because I'm used to spacing that is more narrow than a typical Fender. If it's around 17mm (I prefer 16.5) than I'm interested. I can't tell from the pictures.

You can also measure from the middle of the B-string to the middle of the G and divide by 4 (not 5; 5 strings = 4 spaces) to get the spacing on a 5-string. Sometimes this is more accurate (it can be hard to read that half millimeter on the tape).

If it were 24 frets, I would've bought it by now. D;
Good luck with the sale.

I can see faint marks from the fret barbs. Defret.

Great deal, nonetheless...
