Shipped from the factory on 10/15/86. Light scratches on the body. One nick thru finish near a knob which I can't get a decent picture of. Comes with original Peavey case (one hinge is slightly loose and could be tightened up). $225 shipped in 48.

Let me know if you have any questions. I

What a great bass, seriously guys this is a PLAYER, these are one of the most under-estimated basses of all times!
And a great price to boot!

Great bass - are there any issues? How's the neck and does the truss rod work?

That's a nice bass. I would not mind a second Foundation at all!

It had a recent set-up at the local guitar shop. They had no issues with the truss rod. Would have attempted it myself but I didn't have the correct wrench. Got lazy and had them put some new strings on it too.

Wish I could buy this. My '87 Foundation is my main bass. I'm a Peavey-holic though. I keep going to it over my T-40

It is not just me. The Foundations and Furys seem to have a weird truss rod thingie.

The $8.80 fix:

item #6106

I made my own using a made-in-china thin-wall socket that I got at a flea market for $0.25
