Peavey T-40 $175 Shipped

I have for your consideration my '70's Peavey T-40 w/ case. This baby isn't perfect, but very playable....You know what it is, isn't any different than any of the others...here is the good, bad and the ugly.

First, you'll notice in the pics it is missing the bridge pickup...I bought it this way and always planned on buying another pickup, but just never got around to it. Of course they can be had on Ebay, or perhaps you are just a T-40 guy and have one lying around. It plays fine with the neck pickup the way it is.

Second, the edge of the neck, and some on the fretboard has lost its finish...not as in just worn through, but it has finish missing. Not sure what has caused this, but if one were motivated a refinish job would do it good.

Those are the only issues...case is in decent shape, no cracks in the instrument anywhere, the action is good. It has basically brand new Thomistik Infeld flatwounds on it (interesting finding 36" flatwounds!).

$175 Shipped Payment through Paypal in continental USA...NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Is it a lefty or is the picture reversed?... Looks like the Peavey logo on the bridge is backwards.

Ha, you are quite correct, it is reversed. It is a right handed instrument.

Wow that is a killer price. Sold one $350 last year (ok, with bullet case, but still).
