Peavey TL5, price drop

Got this in a trade a few weeks ago and decided it doesn't suit my direction right now.
This instrument is "AS NEW." There is not one mark, blemish, whiskey ding...zip, zero, nada. It is absolutely perfect. No oxidation of the gold plating on the hardware, no fade either. Finish is perfect. Still has factory plastic over electronics cavity. Obviously this instrument has seen VERY little playing time and could pass for new.
34" scale, around 10 lbs., string spacing looks like 17.5mm on the wife's sewing ruler. Solid flame maple. Looks like rosewood veneers, ebony fretboard with the oval pearl markers. Reminds me of a Pedulla MVP. Active soapbars, vol, bal, concentric tone knobs. OHSC.

Trades considered: Basses, only 5 strings

Straight sale, $650 plus shipping and insurance. This may seem high, but this bass is in better shape than about 80% of the stock on the wall, new, at GC. American made beauty.

Last one

If you got rid of one of these and are kicking yourself for doing so, this is your golden opportunity.

They're VFLish pickups.. rumored to be the same.

There's a Still one of the best buys in basses.. cost $1990 in 1990

I dropped the price. I found a bunch of these on Harmony Central that sold for my original asking price. Doesn't look like the market will bear it whether or not it is a fair place to start. I dropped it $200. Not desperate to sell but will still entertain offers and trade props
