It can sound deep and textured for traditional jazz, balanced and completely responsive, and of course can NAIL 'that Jaco sound'
There are two trim pots in the control cavity, one for each switch position, that allow you to dial in or take out that low mid push. Really cool if you want a smooth, unboosted fingerstyle tone and then want to go to an ultra-punchy solo tone at the flick of the switch.
Its in excellent condition, I could not find a single ding.
I am not a fretless player so, I would consider trades for Fretted 5's, Prefer Sadowsky, Smith, other high end basses. The new List Price is over $5,000 with the case. I Might consider a sale also.
