Pedulla Rapture J2 5-string, vintage Cherry burst, MINTY CLEAN

Sign in to disble this ad
FS only: Pedulla Rapture J2 5-string, vintage cherry sunburst with matching headstock, tortoise pick guard, Bart pick ups with 2-band pre-amp, alder body, maple neck with nice birds eye fingerboard with abalone dots and 19mm spacing. The neck is nice and thin (front to back) and plays great. The bass weighs in at 9 lbs. on the bathroom scale, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's closer to 8.5. All paperwork, including original sales letter from Michael Pedulla, owners manual, and truss rod tool. It all comes in the equally clean Pedulla form fit OHSC. The bass has little to no fretwear and is in mint condition minus one little ding on the lower cutaway (pictured below) beyond that it's super, SUPER clean. I've gone through about 30 basses since last year looking the THEE one, or 2 actually, to keep to play out with and this is #3 behind only my custom fanned fret Acacias that I'm retiring from live use, my R-bass single cut, and my parallel fret Acacia 5-string. My drummer swears the that this is one of the finest basses he's heard me use in the 15 years we've been playing together (for a drummer he's got great ears!).

$1350 + shipping from 45042

Pretty surprised this is still here ... 19mm's 5'vers aren't easy to find.

After much thought ... I realized my reasonable offer wouldn't be "reasonable" after all.
Good thing for me ... it's a 34" ... or I'd be doing something I'd be a bit more reasonable.

Here's a BUMP for ya.
